We understand that navigating the NDIS system can be overwhelming, which is why our dedicated team is here to support and guide you every step of the way.

  • The lowest level of support coordination, providing assistance to build skills and understanding to navigate the NDIS.

  • Focuses on helping individuals implement their approved NDIS plan and connect with service providers.

  • Assists in resolving minor issues and supports individuals to monitor their plan and make adjustments as needed.

Level 2: Coordination of Supports

  • A higher level of support coordination, suitable for individuals with more complex needs or circumstances.

  • Provides more intensive support in implementing and managing the NDIS plan.

  • Assists in coordinating services from multiple providers, addressing barriers, and resolving more significant issues.

Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination

  • The highest level of support coordination, intended for individuals with very high or complex needs.

  • Offers highly specialised support and guidance in managing complex service delivery arrangements and resolving significant challenges.
